Where it works
A tall sensitive-plant tree with red pom-pom flowers and two hummingbirds rises over ferns, mountains and a tiny figure under a cloudy sky in Thornton's plate. Red on sky blue suits a living room with pale blue, white or sage walls at 24×36 in natural wood, with his Indian Reed.
