Returns & Replacements

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. We do, however, stand fully behind the quality of what we ship.

Damaged or defective

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@madten.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it immediately — no need to ship anything back.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
