The Spanish royal collection, reproduced from public-domain scans.
3 prints · printed to order on heavyweight matte paper · framed or unframed
The collection
The Prado opened in 1819 in a building Juan de Villanueva had designed as a natural-history cabinet, and it holds the paintings the Spanish Habsburgs and Bourbons collected over three centuries: the greatest Velázquez, Goya and Bosch in existence, and Titian and Rubens in depth. Las Meninas has its own room at the centre of the building.
The works here
Velázquez's Las Meninas; Bosch's The Garden of Earthly Delights; Goya's The Third of May 1808.
