A young woman with piled golden hair holds a small glass spray to her face, her eyes closed, a cloud of scent and a circle of ornament behind her, under the lettering Lance Parfum Rodo. Mucha designed the poster in 1896 for a perfume atomiser sold by the Société Française des Parfums, one of his earliest commercial posters after the Bernhardt panels; the small format and the delicate drawing of the hair suit the product. Printed by F. Champenois, Paris. The impression reproduced is in the Bibliothèque nationale de France.
