Snow falls on a New York avenue at dusk, carriages and figures blurred in the violet light and the tall buildings fading into the storm. Hassam painted the city's weather from his studio windows, and this is one of his most atmospheric winter views. It is in the Brooklyn Museum.
This exhibition-poster edition shows the whole work beneath original typography set in-house. The original is in the public domain.
